Evolve ABA Care in McKinney, TX is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and implement individualized ABA programs for clients with behavioral health needs. The role focuses on assessments, treatment planning, data-driven progress tracking, and collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams.

The BCBA will supervise staff, ensure compliant documentation, and stay current with best practices. In-person, Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts with a sign-on bonus available.

Job Summary
