Job summary

B Above Autism Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for both part-time and full-time opportunities in the Charlotte, NC area. The role offers hourly compensation of $80–$120 plus bonuses, with a supportive team and flexible scheduling to fit your clinical leadership and client-focused goals.

You will develop ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to deliver high-quality care, while advancing within a clinician-focused culture that values

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Genuine passion for improving lives of individuals with autism.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and adjust goals based on client progress.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs through ongoing training and feedback.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
