Pillar Care Continuum in East Hanover, NJ is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical oversight and behavioral assessment within their Elementary and High School.
You will design and monitor individualized behavior support plans, consult with Behavior Specialists, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance skill development and quality of life for individuals.
The position requires a BCBA certification and a Master’s degree in a related field. Competitive salary range is $95,000 to $100,000 annually plus comprehensive benefits.
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides clinical oversight, behavioral assessment, and staff training within our Pillar Care Continuum Elementary and High School. The BCBA will design and monitor individualized behavior support plans, provide consultation to the Behavior Specialists, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote skill development, independence, and quality of life for individuals.
