Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly children with autism. Duties

• Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Proficiency in applied behavior analysis principles and techniques

• Strong interpersonal skills for working with clients, families, and other professionals
• Ability to collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
• Knowledge of medical terminology related to behavioral health

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position or move about various client environments (home, school, clinic, or community) for extended periods.
• Occasionally moves or positions items and equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Frequently positions self to support clients at floor level or during play-based activities.
• Constantly communicate with clients, families, and team members to exchange accurate information.
• Observes and detects client behaviors and environmental cues to ensure safety.
• May traverse between rooms or service locations; some spaces may involve stairs, ramps, or outdoor areas.

Work Environment
