Connectify Therapy in Denver, CO is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our growing team. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers.

We offer a competitive salary of $90,000-$105,000 with a $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid time off, and professional development support. Join a leadership-driven, child-centered practice delivering evidence-based ABA services across clinic, home, and school settings.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and related developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Reliable transportation for occasional community and client visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and update programming as needed.
• Conduct parent/caregiver training.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Ensure services are delivered ethically and in accordance with BACB standards.
