Connectify Therapy in the Denver Metro Area is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our growing team. We are primarily targeting full-time clinicians, with flexible part-time options for strong fits.

As a family-owned ABA provider, we emphasize clinician voice, leadership access, and compassionate, evidence-based services across clinic, home, and school settings in Colorado. You will work with an experienced clinical director and a supportive leadership team to shape

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and update programming as needed.
• Conduct parent/caregiver training.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary providers.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Ensure services are delivered ethically and in accordance with BACB standards.
• Participate in clinical discussions and contribute to the ongoing development of quality services across the organization.

Education

Highly Competitive Compensation:

Full-time salary of $92,000 to $115,000 annually

Part-time: $80 to $110/hour, depending on experience, schedule, and role responsibilities.

  • Reliable transportation for travel between clinic, home, school, and community based service locations as needed
  • $92,000 to $115,000 annual salary, based on experience and qualifications.
