B Above is hiring a BCBA to join a growing ABA team, with part-time or full-time options and competitive hourly pay plus bonuses. You will develop and oversee ABA plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and clinical staff to drive meaningful progress for children and families.

Ideal candidates hold an active BCBA, a Master’s in ABA or related field, and demonstrate leadership, communication, and organizational strengths. Some local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
