Job summary

Bronson Behavioral Health Hospital is seeking a Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to design and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for patients in our facility.

You will use data-driven strategies to track progress, supervise RBTs and staff, conduct assessments including ADOS, and adjust interventions to ensure each patient receives effective, personalized care. This role offers a collaborative environment and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

  • Experience with the development and implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with working with adolescent population
  • Must be skilled and competent to provide services to the patient.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation of ABA programming
  • Provides supervision to the Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavioral Health Associates
  • Trains new staff on ABA techniques
  • Keeps abreast of advances in treatment and sets appropriate goals for self‑improvement
  • Facilitates daily team meetings
  • Attends staff meetings and completes yearly in‑services
  • Provides direct services to the patients
  • Conducts the appropriate assessments including ADOS and other specific assessments in a timely manner
  • Participates in performance improvement activities
  • Follows all hospital policies and procedures
  • Must maintain license or certification in good standing
  • Flexible schedule with possible weekends or evenings
  • Employee will be required to perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

The salary range for this role is $69,000 - $84,000 per year.

Education/Experience/Skill Requirements
  • Experience with the development and implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans

Licenses/Designations/Certifications
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) by BACB
  • CPR and de‑escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).
  • First aid may be required based on state or facility.
