Job description

DreamCatchers is now hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts!

What Our BCBAs Do:

• Provide case supervision and case management for ABA therapy programs for children and teens with Autism.
• Provide parent training on the principles of ABA and behavior analysis.
• Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs).
• Conduct functional behavioral assessments/analyses.
• Conduct assessments, e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, PDDBI, Vineland-3.
• Develop individualized treatment plans (e.g., goals, objectives, and interventions) and monitor client progress towards goals.
• Prepare written progress reports and treatment plans.
• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism in the clinic, home, and school settings.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements for session notes and data, treatment plans, case supervision, RBT requirements, etc.
