Job summary

DreamCatchers LLC in Denham Springs, LA seeks a Behavior Technician to deliver evidence-based ABA therapy, collect accurate data, and provide direct 1:1 sessions in home, clinic, or community settings.

Under supervision of a BCBA, you’ll implement treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with families and care teams. A high school diploma is required; RBT certification or willingness to obtain it is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Prior experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• RBT certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, empathetic demeanor.
• Ability to follow treatment plans and take direction from supervising BCBAs.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations around Denham Springs, LA.
• Must pass a background check and meet any applicable state requirements.
