Job summary

Thrive Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the Philadelphia area. The position offers full-time, part-time, or contract options with a hybrid in-person/remote setup and an hourly pay range of $90.00 to $100.00.

The successful candidate will supervise behavior technicians, develop individualized treatment plans, train families, and monitor client progress. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth are highlighted in this warm, supportive small team environment.
