You will supervise technicians, train families, and develop individualized programs to drive real client progress.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience supervising staff and providing training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team of behavior technicians and build relationships with clients and families.
• Provide weekly hands-on training and monitor programs.
• Plan and monitor individualized clinical programs and measure effectiveness.

BCBAs role includes:

• Team supervisor; develop positive relationships with clients, their families, and staff
• Supervision of behavior technicians; weekly hands on training and monitoring programs
• Treatment planning of client's individualized clinical program and analyzing their effectiveness
• Parent training; developing positive relationships with parents and weekly training sessions to teach them ABA principles
• Assessment of client progress over time
• Flexible scheduling
• Choose your own hours and locations, HYBRID in Philadelphia
