GLASTONBURY PUBLIC SCHOOLS is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a district-wide position. The role is 35 hours per week, non-contract, with benefits and a salary range of $80,000 to $100,000.

Responsibilities include functional behavior assessments, behavior intervention plans, staff training, data system development, VP-MAPP/EFL support, and collaboration with school teams and parents for effective student outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCBA required.
• Experience with students with autism, emotional disturbance, and developmental disabilities in a school setting.

Responsabilités

• Perform functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
• Train certified and non-certified staff and support data collection systems.
• Assist with VP-MAPP and EFL assessments and provide consultation to school teams and parents.
