Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team. The BCaBA will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans, conduct assessments, and provide direct therapy to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the supervising BCBA.
  • Conduct assessments and assist in developing individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct one-on-one and group therapy sessions.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including parents, teachers, and other professionals.
  • Provide training and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions, assessments, and progress reports.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and supervision.
Qualifications
  • Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and adaptable.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with functional behavior assessments (FBA) and behavior intervention plans (BIP).
  • Familiarity with data collection and analysis software.
