Job summary

Avid ABA in Chesterfield is seeking a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to work under the supervision of a BCBA, assisting with behavior assessments and implementing BIPs for individuals with developmental disabilities or behavior challenges. The role focuses on functional behavior assessments, data collection, and collaboration with the care team.

• Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active BCaBA certification from the BACB.
