Job summary

Avid ABA is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Chesterfield, MO to continue delivering measurable outcomes for individuals and families served. The role involves conducting behavior assessments, developing and supervising treatment, and training parents while working with a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavior assessments and data analysis.
• Develop and supervise treatment incorporating assent-based, ethical, and trauma-informed practices.
• Provide parent training and case supervision.
• Complete supervision and training of BTs/RBTs to ensure treatment integrity.
• Coordinate with community stakeholders to ensure continuity of care with families receiving services.
• Ensure timely delivery of behavior analytic services that align with treatment recommendations.

BCBA Responsibilities

• Conduct behavior assessments and data analysis.
