Job summary

Faithful Steps Therapy Solutions of the Big Country in Abilene, TX seeks a BCaBA to oversee ABA treatment programs for children with ASD, conduct functional assessments, and supervise RBT staff while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will travel to homes and community settings, develop and adjust treatment plans, collect data, and prepare reports for payors. Strong ethics and BACB guidelines adherence required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with BACB-approved coursework required for BCaBA.
• At least two years of related professional experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Experience in writing applied behavior analytic programs and in data analysis/graphing of data.
• Expertise in empirically validated assessment and intervention strategies for ASD.
• Ability to pass background clearance and reference checks; adheres to BACB Ethical Code.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and oversee ABA treatment programs.
• Provide family guidance compliant with payor guidelines.
• Develop and deliver intervention activities per treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress by graphing and analyzing data.
• Supervise RBT staff and provide supervision hours for BCaBA/BCBA candidates.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and coordinate care.
