Qualifications

• Recent or soon-to-be university graduate with a four-year bachelor’s degree.
• Strong academic performance (3.4+ GPA) in any field of study.
• Leadership experience from internships, work, service, athletics, or student organizations.
• Advanced research, analysis, and synthesis skills.
• Strong project management and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication; self-directed and resourceful.

Responsibilities

• Support Board Advisory search assignments from kick-off through completion, translating the client mandate into a research and execution plan.
• Conduct deep, creative research to develop target company lists, candidate pipelines, executive profiles, and market insights.
• Build understanding of each client’s business, governance priorities, and board composition; learn industry context quickly.
• Maintain accurate project materials and produce clear, client-ready documents with high attention to detail.
• Monitor progress, flag issues early, and propose practical next steps.
• Contribute research and execution support to pitch materials and business development initiatives as needed.
