BMW of Loveland is seeking a diligent and customer-focused Service Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate has a high energy level, a desire to work in a fast-paced environment. The service porter is responsible for supporting the service department by moving and organizing vehicles, maintaining cleanliness of the service area and assisting customer needs. This is a critical role ensuring the efficient operation of the service department and providing a high level of customer satisfaction. Come be a part of our team!

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
• Assist in the vehicle check in process, including greeting customers
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service drive and customer waiting area
• Wash and vacuum customer vehicles as needed
• Assist service advisors and technicians with various tasks as requested
• Maintain readinessof Service Loaners
• Follow all dealership safety and operational policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
