What We're Looking For

BMW of Bridgeport has an opening for an apprentice parts counterperson to join our growing family. The Parts Counterperson is responsible for assisting service technicians and customers in finding the appropriate parts and accessories. The Parts Counterperson will maintain stock in the parts department by assisting with shipping and receiving. They will also assist the Parts Manager in maintaining the parts database and organizing wholesale deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist service technicians to determine the required parts
• Assist wholesale customers
• Effectively communicate with customers in person and over the phone to ensure the correct part is provided
• Be a team player with a positive attitude
• Previous automotive experience is preferred but training will be provided for the right candidate
