Responsibilities include:

• Learn and adhere to Rosenthal Automotive Policies and Procedures
• Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring a lifetime customer experience
• Guide customers through the sales process: vehicle selection, test drive, personalization, financing, and paperwork
• Collaborate with other departments for a seamless customer experience
• Present deal structures and answer customer questions knowledgeably
• Utilize CRM systems for follow-up and customer satisfaction
• Understand manufacturer programs, rebates, incentives, and special rates
• Master product knowledge and communicate it confidently

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year sales experience in the automotive industry
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Enthusiastic, motivated, energetic, and determined to provide excellent customer service
• Professional appearance
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
• Ambitious with a desire to grow within the company
