Job summary

Tulley Automotive Group, Inc. is seeking a BMW Genius to support sales representatives by explaining BMW technologies and in-vehicle features during and after the sale. You will conduct product demonstrations, answer client questions, and ensure smooth pickup and delivery of vehicles in Manchester, NH.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, coordinating with sales and service teams, and representing the BMW product experience with accuracy and enthusiasm.

Job Summary:

The BMW Genius supports sales representatives before, during, and after the customer sale with a focus on the customer product experience. This position is responsible for explaining BMW technologies and features of vehicles to customers upon delivery of the car.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Product demonstration of BMW vehicle features;
• Answers clients questions regarding BMW products;
• Delivers vehicles upon client purchase pick up;
• Configures vehicle with mobile customizer;
• Performs test drives as needed;
• Performs other related duties consistent with the role; this does not preclude management from assigning additional, though unrelated, duties.

Requirements

• Valid Driving License;
• Acceptable Driving Record;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Excellent time management skills;
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
