The State of Indiana’s Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV) Plainfield branch seeks an Assistant Branch Manager to direct Customer Service Representatives and assist the Branch Manager. You will mentor staff, schedule shifts, and ensure smooth daily operations at the Plainfield location.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or HSE with at least two years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to communicate exceptionally with all varieties of employees and customers.
• Experience writing reports and presenting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the branch’s daily operations.
• Conduct meetings with branch staff.
• Assist leadership with scheduling for the branch.
• Assist with the daily opening and closing of the branch.
• Complete weekly reports.
• Complete daily records for all balances and deposits.
• Aid leadership in resolving escalated customer complaints.
• Partner with Branch Manager and HR to ensure training, development, evaluation, and discipline per policy.
