Job summary

IntelliResume is looking for a Quality Assurance Nurse at Hackensack Meridian Health to oversee all quality assurance documentation for the Blood & Marrow Transplant division. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in BMT transplant. The role involves monitoring staff regulatory compliance and providing education.

Preferred qualifications include various nursing certifications including Oncology Certified Nurse and certification in FACT standards. This is a full-time position offering a day shift schedule.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in BMT transplant, apheresis, and photopheresis.
• Must hold a NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License.
• AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all quality assurance documentation for the Blood & Marrow Transplant division.
• Maintain Quality Assurance documents for FDA, FACT, NMDP, etc.
• Monitor staff regulatory compliance related to annual validations.
• Develop assessment tools for monitoring staff education compliance.
• Collaborate with the program medical director and Nurse Managers.
