Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a qualified nurse with BMT transplant experience to maintain QA documents and ensure regulatory compliance across FACT, FDA, and NMDP standards. You will work with the program medical director, Center Director, and Nurse Managers to design and implement SOPs for the Blood & Marrow Transplant Department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in BMT transplant, apheresis and photopheresis.
• Experience with regulatory compliance in a clinical setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain QA documents for FDA, FACT, NMDP, etc.
• Monitor staff regulatory compliance related to annual validations.
• Develop assessment tools for monitoring staff education compliance.
• Collaborate with program medical director, Center Director, and Nurse Managers to design SOPs.
• Lead special projects in Blood & Marrow Transplant, including QA, regulatory affairs, and education series.
• Serve as a resource for staff and provide guidance.
• Submit regulatory and educational reports as requested.
• Coordinate quarterly quality management meetings and audits.
