Job summary

NMDP in Boston, MA is seeking a Clinical Operations Partner to strengthen relationships with bone marrow transplant programs and community oncologists within the NMDP network. The role focuses on removing barriers, providing resources, and promoting continuous improvement across cellular therapy in the Boston and New England markets.

The candidate should have clinical BMT or cellular therapy experience, exceptional communication, and an entrepreneurial approach to deliver high-quality service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and eight years of experience in relevant science or healthcare setting.
• Experience in provider settings preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Establish and strengthen relationships with BMT programs and community oncologists to provide awareness of NMDP resources.
• Respond to TC and hospital partner needs with real-time consultation onsite, by phone, or online.
• Share network metrics and center-specific data to inform evidence-based recommendations.
• Develop education for BMT teams on latest research, NMDP services, and initiatives.
• Onboard new TC team members to ensure utilization of NMDP systems and resources.
