Qualifications

• Good working knowledge of a variety of business applications software packages with particular proficiency in database software such as Access.
• Excellent communications and work planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Creates/updates databases to support departmental processes and projects.
• Ensures timely and accurate input and maintenance of data elements.
• Maintains database structures and report formats.
• Compiles and maintains a variety of computer-based and manual reports.
• Develops new database reports based on instructions and specifications.
• Creates new tables and forms; writes queries; tests database applications and reports.
