Job summary

Metasys Technologies in Alabama is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support BMS SMEs by developing PFMEA and related work instructions, and to assist with device setup in CMMD.

Responsibilities

• Support Business Management Systems (BMS) Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in developing:
• Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA)
• Related work instructions
• Assist with setting up measuring devices in CMMD.
• Train equipment managers on required systems and processes.
• Perform GR&R (Gauge Repeatability & Reproducibility) sampling and analysis.
• Support certification and qualification requirements for new production areas.
• Assist with quality and process improvement initiatives as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience working with business systems such as SAP.
• Basic understanding of statistics.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Minitab software.
• Quality Systems experience.
• College degree or technical school certification.
