Job summary

Mantis Innovation is seeking a BMS Service Project Manager to lead day‑to‑day service operations and project execution for building automation systems in mission‑critical environments. You will manage a team of BMS Service Technicians, coordinate deployments, and ensure safety and efficiency on sites nationwide.

The role demands 50%+ overnight travel, strong leadership, and hands‑on technical oversight of controls hardware, software, and networks.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of BMS, BAS, HVAC controls, or building automation experience.
• 1–3 years leading technicians, crews, or field service operations.
• Experience creating and upholding Method of Procedures (MOPs) to manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of BMS Service Technicians across assigned service projects and customer sites.
• Coordinate technician scheduling, dispatch, and resource allocation to support service commitments.
• Monitor service progress and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.
• Support execution of service projects, repairs, commissioning activities, system upgrades, and corrective actions.
• Track project milestones, labor utilization, and service completion status.
• Escalate resource constraints, schedule risks, and customer‑impacting issues to the Construction Manager.
