Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Building Management Systems and complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead BMS/EPMS project team and oversee BMS scope.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, Owner's Consultants and design teams.
• Review submittals, shop drawings, and commissioning activities.
• Manage turnover, training, warranties, and maintenance manuals.
• Ensure safety plan compliance and project schedule adherence.
