Job summary

Clarios is seeking a BMS Lead Engineer to coordinate development of Battery Management Systems for advanced battery platforms. You will interface with HW/SW groups to plan and monitor development activities, define safety concepts, and design BMS architecture across engineering cycles.

You will serve as the main customer interface during quotes, development, and product launches, and contribute to requirements analysis, development planning, and QM processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent degree.
• Solid years of professional experience in automotive control units.
• Solid years of experience in automotive product development.
• Solid years of experience in product development planning.
• Experience or training QM tools (FMEA, Fault-Tree, 8D).
• Experience in ASPICE, ISO 26262.
• Experience in Vector CAN tools.
• Experience JAMA, JIRA.
• Knowledge of Cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Lead development coordination of BMS based on product requirements.
• Interface to HW/SW groups to plan and monitor BMS development activities.
• Define technical safety concept and BMS architecture across engineering cycles.
• Act as main customer interface during quotes, development, and product launches.
• Manage requirements analysis, development planning, and QM processes.
