  • Review scope, staffing, schedules, deliverables, and risks with project leadership.
  • Guide design, implementation, testing, and commissioning activities across projects.
  • Ensure best practices, standards, and quality across BMS/EMCS and automation work.
  • Oversee controller programming, sequences of operation, alarms, and graphics.
  • Lead design reviews, gate checks, and technical risk reviews with clients.
