Job summary

Control Air Enterprises LLC, an employee-owned company (ESOP), is seeking a motivated Design Engineer to join our Controls team in California. Work on Building Management Systems (BMS) in both new and existing buildings, gaining hands-on project experience and professional growth.

Responsibilities include generating system topology, reviewing submittals, coordinating with PMs, and assisting with CO estimating.

Qualifications

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor daily project requirements.
• Generate VAVs, basic AHUs, FCUs, and basic system topology.
• Develop and review project submittals.
• Attend project meetings and assist with CO estimating and RFIs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor daily requirements of assigned projects.
• Generate VAVs, basic AHUs, FCUs, and system topology.
• Develop and review submittals and vendor quotes.
• Attend meetings with PM and lead engineer.
• Maintain organized project files and track RFIs.
