Job summary

SBH Fashion in New York, NY seeks a BMS / Data Entry Coordinator to maintain product, order, pricing, and production data in our BMS system. You will review entries for accuracy, update records promptly, and support Merchandising and Production teams with data-entry tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong data-entry skills with close attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Clear communication and follow-up skills.
• Experience with BMS, ERP, PLM or fashion-industry systems is preferred.
• Previous experience in apparel, merchandising, production, or wholesale operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain product, order, pricing, and production data in the BMS.
• Review entries for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Update records promptly as merchandise and production details change.
• Assist the Merchandising and Production teams with data-entry and administrative needs.
• Track missing information and follow up with the appropriate team members.
• Prepare basic reports and spreadsheets when requested.
• Maintain organized and confidential records.
• Help resolve discrepancies across BMS records, purchase orders, and production information.
