Job summary

Well-Known Fashion Brand is seeking a PLM Data Entry Assistant to join their team in a fashion-forward environment. You will handle PLM updates, create styles and SKUs, and maintain BOMs to ensure data accuracy across design, production, and sourcing teams.

Proficiency with PLM in a corporate fashion setting is required, along with strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Must be skilled with PLM from a corporate/fashion role
• Interest in fashion from the operational/production side
• Strong written and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and time management
• Ability to multi-task

Responsibilities

• Handle general maintenance and updates in FlexPLM.
• Input all fabric specifications in PLM.
• Create styles & SKUs in the system.
• Update Bill of Materials.
• Create line sheets for designs and update as needed.
• Support production and design teams with data entry.
• Ensure accurate processing of information.
• Communicate cross functionally to ensure all teams have the same data.
• Organize and maintain seasonal fabric binders.
• Track and send packages as needed.
• Check in seasonal submits and trackall quality and color approvals.
• Other tasks as assigned.
