BCI Brands in New York is seeking a Product Development Assistant to support fabric and print development, track timelines, maintain systems, and assist with follow-up throughout the development process.

This role emphasizes data entry, organization, and strong computer skills; proficiency in Excel and Adobe Photoshop is valued. A BA in fashion design or product development is a plus, with competitive health benefits and 401k options.

Qualifications

• Fashion background preferred.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Suite proficiency.
• Attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Self-motivated with problem-solving attitude.
• Proficient in Excel and Adobe Photoshop.
• Knowledge of Centric PLM and/or Exenta is a plus.
• BA in fashion design or product development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Product Development and Design teams and help maintain records over multiple seasons.
• Enter and update strike-off and lab dip requests, comments, and data in PLM systems.
• Create and manage Excel fabric charts following seasonal development of divisions fabrications.
• Organize and track incoming and outgoing development materials.
• Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and development documents.
• Provide additional administrative and project support to leadership and the broader team.
