We are an electrical company operating in NYC and Texas that specializes in low voltage BMS installations. We do NOT do normal electrical work like power and lighting.

• Willing to travel to various locations within the city and surrounding areas

Technical Skills / Duties & Responsibilities Include

• Knowledge of BMS control system installation
• Knowledge of additional low‑voltage systems (e.g., fire alarm, access control, AV, Telecom/Data)
• Daily/weekly check‑ins to monitor project status with foreman
• Daily manpower coordination between field foreman

• 40 SST or above
• Experienced

Technical Skills / Duties & Responsibilities (continued)

• Installation of 3/4" & 1" conduit; ability to bend conduit with hand bender
• Roughing in low‑voltage cabling
• Terminating low‑voltage cabling in control panels

Physical Demands of the Job

• Climbing stairs, ladders, bending
• Lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling equipment and materials
• Exposure to sun, heat, cold and rain
