Responsibilities

• Installation of conduit; ability to bend conduit is a plus.
• Roughing in low-voltage cabling.
• Terminating low voltage cabling in control panels.
• Knowledge of BMS control systems is preferred.

We’re Looking For Individuals Who Are...

• Responsible, self-motivated and independent
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Detail-oriented
• Strong team member who is willing to collaborate with the Project Manager
• Flexible with scheduling, willing to work part-time on an as-needed basis to start (full-time opportunity may follow)
• Willing to travel to various locations within the city and surrounding areas

Technical Skills/Duties & Responsibilities Include...

• Installation of 3/4" & 1" Conduit; ability to bend conduit with hand bender (preferred, but not required)
• Roughing in low-voltage cabling
• Terminating low voltage cabling in control panels
• Knowledge of BMS control systems (preferred, not required - must be willing to learn!)
• Knowledge of additional low-voltage systems is a plus* (e.g., fire alarm, access control, AV, Telecom/Data)

Physical Demands of the job include (but are not limited to)...

• Climbing stairs, ladders, bending
• Lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling equipment and materials
• Exposure to sun, heat, cold and rain
