• Installation of 3/4" & 1" conduit and ability to bend conduit with a hand bender.
• Roughing in low‑voltage cabling.
• Terminating low‑voltage cabling in control panels.

Job description

We are an electrical company operating in NYC and Texas, specializing in low‑voltage BMS installations. We do not perform normal electrical work such as power and lighting. We are seeking hardworking, motivated individuals who want to learn the electrical trade.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of electrical work (preferably low‑voltage BMS installations)
• Strong communication and time‑management skills
• Detail‑oriented, responsible, and a team player
• Willing to learn and grow with the company
• Willing to travel within the city and surrounding areas
• 40 SST or above

Technical Skills & Responsibilities

• Knowledge of BMS control system installation
• Knowledge of additional low‑voltage systems is a plus (e.g., fire alarm, access control, AV, Telecom/Data)
• Installation of 3/4" & 1" conduit and ability to bend conduit with a hand bender
• Roughing in low‑voltage cabling
• Terminating low‑voltage cabling in control panels
• Daily/weekly check‑ins to monitor project status with foreman

Physical Demands

• Climbing stairs and ladders, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Carrying, pushing, and pulling equipment and materials
• Exposure to sun, heat, cold, and rain
