• Analyze and improve algorithm efficiency to ensure robust and scalable performance.
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept models to evaluate and validate new concepts.
• Stay current with advancements in algorithm design, battery technologies, and related engineering disciplines.
• Document design decisions, development processes, testing methodologies, and performance metrics.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and business units to support product development initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges related to battery system algorithms.
