Job summary

HCI College seeks a Program Director for the AS-BMET program to provide on-site leadership and ensure ACCSC compliance. You will supervise faculty, engage employer partners, and guide curriculum development to produce entry-level BMET graduates.

The role requires meeting ACCSC standards, overseeing facilities, and coordinating with PAC and industry partners. Full-time, on-site duties with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum of four years of related practical biomedical equipment experience or clinical engineering/HTM.
• Ability to teach at the program level and supervise faculty.
• Demonstrated ability to administer a technical degree program with curriculum oversight.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site program head for the AS-BMET program and provide day-to-day leadership.
• Ensure program learning outcomes and course-level outcomes are current and implemented.
• Oversee curriculum design, lab activities, and PAC engagement with employers.
• Recruit, hire, and evaluate BMET faculty; ensure credential documentation.
