Applicants should have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in BMET or HTM, familiarity with Florida's healthcare market, and teaching experience. The position is remote with occasional on-site work in West Palm Beach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on BMET or HTM experience.
• Familiarity with Florida hospital systems or South Florida market preferred.
• Experience teaching, training, mentoring, or precepting other biomeds.
• CBET, CHTM, or equivalent certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Design a 10-month Diploma and a 24-month AS curriculum.
• Provide a comprehensive 'Master Equipment List' for the lab.
• Ensure program structure meets ACCSC standards.
• Integrate certification exam content into curriculum.
• Assist in recruiting local healthcare leaders for the advisory board.
