RTX in Andover, MA is seeking a Production Support team member for the Patriot BMC4I Integrated Product Team to provide day-to-day support to Production and Sustainment Leads, ensuring build readiness, issue resolution, and on-time execution across multiple functional groups. The role requires a university degree or equivalent with 8+ years of experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years.

Familiarity with PRISM/SAP, Kinaxis, or PEARLS and strong coordination skills are preferred.

• Experience with program management tools and production tools like PRISM, SAP, Kinaxis or PEARLS.

Responsibilities

• Perform Line-of-Balance tracking, report gaps, and drive actions.
• Lead internal meetings such as LOB, status resolution, and production priorities.
• Maintain visibility on daily execution needs and communicate risks or required help.
• Write, coordinate, and release Special Instruction Variances (SIVs).
• Track Configuration Notices (CNs) and ensure timely progression to support production.
• Support quality issue investigation, tracking, and closure.
• Assist in coordinating functional groups to resolve production or sustainment barriers.
• Support core control room activities and provide status updates to leadership.

The Patriot BMC4I Integrated Product Team is seeking a Production Support team member to join the Product Line Execution organization. You will provide day-to-day support to Production and Sustainment Leads, helping ensure build readiness, issue resolution, and on-time execution across multiple functional groups.

What You Will Do

• Perform Line-of-Balance tracking, report gaps, and drive associated actions
• Lead internal meetings such as LOB, status resolution, production priorities, etc.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
• Experience with program management tools
• Experience with factory or production tools (E.g. PRISM/SAP, Kinaxis, or PEARLS)

Qualifications We Prefer

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-through skills
• Operations and/or Global Supply Chain experience
• Familiarity with Patriot programs or related production environments

This position is an onsite role, located in Andover, MA.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
