Job summary

RTX is seeking a Production Support team member to join the Patriot BMC4I Integrated Product Team in the Product Line Execution organization, onsite in Andover, MA. The role requires U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

You will lead Line-of-Balance activities, coordinate internal meetings, track CNs/SIVs, and support production execution and issue resolution. The ideal candidate has a university degree (or advanced degree) with 5–8+ years of related

Qualifications

• University Degree or equivalent experience (or Advanced Degree) with related field.
• Experience with program management tools.
• Experience with factory or production tools (e.g. PRISM/SAP, Kinaxis, or PEARLS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, coordination and follow-through skills.
• Operations and/or Global Supply Chain experience.
• Familiarity with Patriot programs or related production environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform Line-of-Balance tracking, report gaps, and drive associated actions.
• Lead internal meetings such as LOB, status resolution, production priorities.
• Maintain visibility on daily execution needs and communicate risks or required help.
• Write, coordinate, and release Special Instruction Variances (SIVs).
• Track Configuration Notices (CNs) and ensure timely progression to support continued production.
• Support quality issue investigation, tracking, and closure.
• Assist in coordinating functional groups to resolve production or sustainment barriers.
• Support core control room activities and provide clear status updates to leadership.

The Patriot BMC4I Integrated Product Team is seeking a Production Support team member to join the Product Line Execution organization.

What You Will Do

• Experience with program management tools
• Experience with factory or production tools (E.g. PRISM/SAP, Kinaxis, or PEARLS)

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
