Job summary

RTX, located in Andover, MA, seeks a Production Support team member to sustain build readiness and resolve production issues across multiple groups. You will support line-of-balance tracking, CNs and SIVs, and coordinate across functions to keep production on schedule.

Candidate must have a DoD Secret clearance, prior production or program-management experience, and familiarity with tools like PRISM/SAP, Kinaxis or PEARLS. This is an onsite role, with relocation not offered.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 8+ years, or an advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Experience with program management tools.
• Experience with factory or production tools (PRISM/SAP, Kinaxis, or PEARLS).

Responsibilities

• Perform Line‑of‑Balance tracking, report gaps, and drive associated actions.
• Lead internal meetings such as LOB, status resolution, production priorities, etc.
• Maintain visibility on daily execution needs and communicate risks or required help.
• Write, coordinate, and release Special Instruction Variances (SIVs).
• Track Configuration Notices (CNs) and ensure timely progression to support continued production.
• Support quality issue investigation, tracking, and closure.
• Assist in coordinating functional groups to resolve production or sustainment barriers.
• Support core control room activities and provide clear status updates to leadership.
