Job summary

RTX in Andover, MA is seeking a program management professional for onsite leadership. You will oversee line-of-balance tracking, coordinate multiple functional groups, and drive resolution of production and sustainment challenges.

• Track Configuration Notices (CNs) and ensure timely progression to support continued production
• Support quality issue investigation, tracking, and closure
• Assist in coordinating functional groups to resolve production or sustainment barriers

What You Will Do

This position is an onsite role, located in Andover, MA. The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
