Google’s Connectivity System team is seeking a Wireless System Engineer for Bluetooth focused on Pixel devices. You’ll participate in the full hardware development life cycle, influencing architectural decisions and owning end-to-end performance from pre- to post-launch.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will optimize performance, define KPIs with link-budget analysis, and drive the adoption of emerging Bluetooth technologies while leveraging AI tools to boost productivity.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2 years of experience in a wireless environment or 1 year with an advanced degree.
• Experience with Bluetooth, Wi‑Fi, UWB, or Cellular tech.
• Master's or PhD preferred; RF testing knowledge beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and deploy Bluetooth subsystems for Pixel phones and wearables.
• Define and maintain system performance KPIs using link budget calculations and field analysis.
• Lead performance optimization to align with target KPIs.
• Develop automated testing and regression frameworks to evaluate and improve system reliability.
• Conduct real-world field testing, fix regressions, and enable next-gen Bluetooth standards with AI tools.
