Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in a wireless technical environment, or 1 year with an advanced degree.
• Experience with Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, UWB, or Cellular technology and protocol.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy Bluetooth subsystems for Pixel phones and wearables.
• Define and maintain system performance KPIs using link budget calculations and field analysis.
• Lead performance optimization to align with target KPIs.
• Develop automated testing and regression frameworks for reliability.
• Conduct real-world field testing and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve regressions and adopt emerging Bluetooth standards.
