Job summary

Savio House seeks compassionate professionals to support the Bluestem Program—nation's first holistic, full-family care in a home setting for families affected by substance use. You will help ensure safety, collaborate with community resources, and provide trauma-informed support to each family member.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field, a passion for helping families, and comfort working in a residential environment as part of a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• BSW or other Bachelor’s degree (Human Services, Counseling, Psychology) or equivalent experience.
• Comfortable working in a residential setting.
• Be reliable and self-motivated.
• Passion for engaging persons with substance use disorders, their children and support systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the safety of the family and children through supervision and crisis intervention when necessary.
• Building community resources to help sustain families.
• Maintaining safety and supervision of the Bluestem property.
• Provide trauma-informed care to all family members.

Shift Summaries

Day Shift 1: Sunday-Wednesday (will be predominantly evenings to start)

Day Shift 2: Wednesday-Saturday (will be predominantly evenings to start) )

Pay Range: $48,660 - $53,660
