Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Mississippi is seeking a Steward to ensure a clean, organized Blues Café, assist with food prep and dining operations, and uphold health and wellness standards for employees. The role emphasizes teamwork, efficiency, and adherence to local regulations.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma and prior food service experience, with the ability to lift 30 lbs and work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of the Blues Café kitchen, preparation and dining areas, equipment, dishes and utensils in accordance with state and local laws.
• The Steward functions as a team player and key support position and provides prompt, courteous service that exemplifies the Company’s commitment to Health & Wellness and Excellence.
• Support dining operations to ensure a quality dining experience for employees.
